Delivery

UNITED KINGDOM

Delivery to most areas of the UK is FREE on orders over £75 and costs £6.95 for orders under £75.

Delivery lead time varies by item. Specific timescale information is available on each product page.

For most items, a signature will be required on delivery, with the exception of fabric and wallpaper samples.

Wallpaper Paste and Accessories, Headboards, Poles and Tracks, Large Fabric Samples and Rug Samples are only available for delivery within the UK.

Samples

Delivery of samples costs £2.50 to the UK, and £4.95 to anywhere outside of the UK.

Samples arrive on a tracked delivery service in 1-2 working days in the UK and 5-7 working days everywhere else.

Made to measure items

Made to measure items will take longer due to the allowance of making time. The current lead time on made to measure items is 4-6 weeks for Curtains, Blinds, Cushions and 8-10 weeks for Headboards.

Headboards are only available for delivery within the UK.

Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and remote areas

Delivery to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and remote areas, will take 2 days longer.


EUROPE AND REST OF WORLD

Made to measure headboards, wallpaper paste and accessories, and poles and tracks can only be shipped within the UK. Specific delivery information can be found on each individual product page.

Made to measure items

Made to measure items will take longer due to the allowance of making time. The current lead time on made to measure Curtains, Blinds and Cushions is 4-6 weeks. 

Made to measure headboards are only available for delivery within the UK with a lead time of 10-12 weeks.

Returns

Returns policy 

We always recommend ordering samples of fabrics and wallpapers before placing an order. Where rug samples are available they are a great way to check you are happy with colour and texture before ordering your rug.

Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

You have 30 days after delivery to return an item to us if it is eligible for return (14 days for returnable fabric and rug samples). Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

You can see the specific returns conditions for all products on individual product pages.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products we are unable to issue refunds on items that have been cut for you, all made to measure products including poles and tracks, wallpapers that have been printed to order. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements supplied to us.

Please inspect your items when you receive them. For fabrics and wallpapers, please check you are happy prior to cutting or hanging. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery FAQs

We use delivery companies such as UPS and DPD for most items. For smaller items and samples we use the postal service.

Your order may arrive in multiple deliveries if you have ordered items from multiple brands or with different lead times.

If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the delivery company will leave a card explaining how to arrange delivery for another day, or to another address. If the delivery company doesn’t hear back from you they will normally try to deliver twice again, before returning your order to us. If your order is returned to us the normal delivery rate will apply for re-delivery.

As soon as your item is handed over to the delivery company, we will email you with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order. You will also be able to check on the status of your order in your online account.

As long as your items have not been dispatched we can rearrange the delivery date and/or the delivery address. Please contact us and we can make the amendments.

As we offer such a large range, for most items we do not hold stock but order from our suppliers when we receive an order. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we only offer items which have good levels of availability. However, very occasionally suppliers discontinue certain lines or there will be a delay in fulfilling your order. When this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible (normally within 24 hours of receiving your order) to see if you are happy to wait or arrange a refund.

We deliver worldwide, if you can’t find your country on the delivery page of the checkout, please contact us.

Some of our brands are available only for delivery to addresses within the European Union: Anna French, Anthology, Baker Lifestyle, Borastapeter, Black Edition, Christian Lacroix, Clarke & Clarke, Colefax & Fowler, Cole & Son, Designers Guild, Engblad & Co, GP & J Baker, Harlequin, Harlequin Contract, Jane Churchill, Kirkby Design, Kravet, Larsen, Manuel Canovas, Mark Alexander, Mind The Gap, Missoni Home, Morris & Co, Mulberry Home, NLXL, Ralph Lauren, Romo, Sandberg, Sanderson, Scion, Thibaut, Threads, Villa Nova, Zoffany, William Yeoward, Zinc.

We can deliver made to measure curtains, blinds and cushions worldwide. The only exception to this is for items made with fabrics by Colefax & Fowler and Jane Churchill which are only available delivery to addresses within the EU. Headboards are only available for delivery within the UK.

Wallpaper paste & accessories, tracks & poles are only available for delivery within the UK.

Our prices include all taxes within the UK, member states of the European Union, Switzerland and Norway. When shipping to other destinations, tax is not included and you may be required to pay VAT or import taxes in your country.



Returns FAQs

If you’d like to cancel or make any amendments to your order, please let us know within one hour of ordering for a full refund. Please note our opening times are Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm.

We are not able to accept returns on any made to measure items including curtains, blinds, cushions, headboards and poles and tracks as they will have been made or cut to order and we are not able to sell them to another customer. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements supplied to us.

We do our very best to make sure your made to measure items are perfect, but in the event there is a fault we will first see if it is possible to make an alteration to fix the fault. If we cannot fix the fault, we will arrange a replacement, or a partial or full refund.

Lengths of fabric and trimming are cut to order, and so are not returnable for lengths under 5 metres. In some circumstances, for lengths over 5m we may be able to accept returns of fabric, but this will depend on the supplier and will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

We recommend obtaining a sample before ordering. Please check your fabric before cutting.

Sealed complete rolls of wallpaper may be returned. We cannot accept returns of wallpaper that has been printed to order.  

If your item is faulty please contact us. We will normally need to arrange collection of the faulty item, and once inspected we will advise you on the options.

Once cut we will not normally be able to consider a length of fabric for return. Wallpaper should be checked again when 2 drops have been hung. Please stop wallpapering if you come across a fault at this stage.

Please email us with your order number and details of the items you would like to return. Please wait for confirmation from us before returning your items.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are well packed. We recommend using a delivery service which requires a signature to ensure that you have proof of return. The cost of returning an item is at your expense.

Once we have received your returned items we will email you to confirm receipt, and confirm any refund due.

Once we have processed a refund we will confirm this to you by email. The exact timing of when you receive the refund depends on your card issuer, our payment providers will pass funds back to your card issuer within 1 working day, but it will then typically take a few more days before funds are allocated by your card issuer to your account. Typically, refunds take 3-5 days.

Please note that we do not accept returns from Trade customers.

For returnable fabric and rug samples, a prepaid UPS return label and a return envelope are included in your package.

To return the samples, simply place them in the provided envelope, seal it, attach the label, and drop it off at any UPS location. You can find your nearest drop off location on the UPS website here
