How we are managing our business in response to the Coronavirus

We are continuing to take customer enquiries and are delivering the majority of orders as a usual whilst taking precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

Your orders

For the most part, it’s business as usual for us so please be assured that the majority of orders are being processed and delivered as normal but with occasional delays. Our samples might take a little longer to arrive than the normal 3 – 5 working days but we are doing our best to process these as quickly as possible.

The larger brands we work with are operating as normal and the majority of customer orders will be processed as usual. Our suppliers are taking precautions including staggering shift patterns and increasing social distancing in their warehouses. This may mean your order takes a little longer to dispatch.

There are, however, a small proportion of suppliers who have temporarily closed. Any orders placed with the following brands will be kept on back order and we will update you with an estimated delivery time as soon as possible:

The majority of orders are shipping as normal, with the exception of the following brands which have temporarily closed: Elanbach, Evans Textiles, Jim Thompson, Johnstons of Elgin, Missoni Home fabrics (wallpapers shipping as normal), No. 9 Thompson, The Isle Mill.

Our lead time for made-to-measure items including curtains, blinds, cushions and headboards is currently 3 – 4 weeks.

Our team

Most of our team are now working remotely from home but for the small number of individuals where this is not possible, they continue to work from our office but at a safe distance as outlined by the latest Government regulations.

The showroom

The showroom is closed until further notice. We suggest ordering samples through our website.
